Main Features

Innovative Material: Duralite® is a composite of mineral fillers, polyester resin, and fiberglass. The material is vacuum-injected into a closed mold: there are no air bubbles or porosity. This material allows the creation of seamless, joint-free pieces without sharp angles, ensuring hygiene, comfort, and durability.
Resistance: With an average thickness of 12 mm, it provides perfect rigidity and high resistance to physical and thermal shocks. It is also resistant to all hygiene and beauty products used in the bathroom. The non-porous surface of Duralite® prevents bacteria deposits and can be easily cleaned with soapy water.
Insulation: Duralite® is pleasant to the touch. The material has excellent acoustic insulation qualities (water noise is dampened and softened) and thermal insulation, helping to maintain a good water temperature.
Longevity: Duralite® offers excellent durability over time: thermal shocks, abrasions, etc. This material is considered the longest-lasting material in the hospitality industry. After prolonged use, the bathtub can be repolished to restore its original shine.

Advantages of Duralite® Material (vs Acrylic and Cast Iron)

Resistance to physical and thermal shocks compliant with NF and European EN standards.
Thickness and high density of Duralite® provide excellent acoustic properties during use (water noise is dampened and softened).
Time-saving in handling and labor: Duralite® is twice as light as cast iron.
Time-saving during installation: Its self-supporting shell eliminates the need for reinforcement.
Error tolerance: Duralite® is perfectly repairable in case of minor damage during or after installation.

Maintenance Tips

We recommend some usage and maintenance rules to keep your bathtub in good condition over time:

For regular cleaning, use soapy water and a sponge. Avoid abrasive powders, scrubbing pads, or hard brushes.
Avoid using or coming into contact with corrosive products (caustic soda, pipe unblockers...) and strong solvents (acetone, trichloroethylene...).
